Patented sliding, automatic beam anchor will install easily on I-beam flange widths ranging from 4" to 16", and with thickness of the flange up to 1 1/8". The presence of rollers allows the anchor to move freely along the beam. Model MBA-A is equipped with a single mobile automatic locking jaw and one stationary jaw.

Patented sliding, manual beam anchor equipped with quick release pin for easy positioning and rollers that permit free movement along the I-beam. This model can be installed onto an I-beam flange width ranging from 4" to 16", and thickness up to 1 1/8". Model MBA-P has been designed with one adjustable and one stationary jaw, to fit into tighter spaces than competitive products and provide more balanced obstruction free anchorage point.

Patented sliding, manual beam anchor equipped with two quick release pins for easy positioning and rollers that permit free movement along the I-beam. Model MBA-PP is equipped with double mobile jaws to fit, into tighter spaces than competitive products and provide more balanced obstruction free anchorage point.

Patented sliding, manual beam anchor equipped with two quick release pins for easy positioning and rollers that permit free movement along the I-beam. This model can be installed onto an I-beam flange thickness up to 2 3/4”. Model MBA-18PP will fit onto an I-beam width up to 18” while Model MBA-24PP can be mounted onto I-beam width up to 24". Both models have been designed with two adjustable jaws.

MIO Quick Fix Beam Anchor (patent pending) is designed to create a temporary fixed anchorage for personal fall protection systems on vertical I and H beams. This unit installs in seconds without tools. Quick installation is achieved via incorporated unique sliding/tightening mechanism. Anchor fits I-beam flanges from 4 to 14 inches wide and up to 1 1/4 inches thick.

 Eye Grip Anchor (EGA)

The Eye Grip Anchor (EGA) easy one hand installation temporary anchor. Makes it an ideal 5,000 lb. anchorage point with wide range of applications. Vertical or horizontal installation makes Eye Grip Anchor adaptable to various connecting scenarios. It fits holes with a diameter from 3/4" to 7/8” and wall thickness of 3/8” to 1 9/16”. Unit is made of high grade stainless steel.

 I-Beam Trolley

I-Beam Trolley is fully adjustable mobile anchor point to fit horizontal I-beam flanges of up to 12” wide and 1 1/8” thick. The unit is constructed of durable high grade aluminum with stainless steel bar and ball-bearing wheels which allow smooth maneuverability along the I-beam.

 Rope Connection Plates

The Rope Connection plate Model RCP-58 is used to terminate a 5/8” diameter 3and rope, while Model RCP-12 terminates 7/16” and 1/2” double-braided, or kernmantle rope lifeline. The plate provides a quick reusable field termination that eliminates the need for knots and factory termination. 

NOTE: Requires connecting hardware.

 Anchor Slings

Anchor slings provide an OSHA-compliant anchor point when attached to a structural support capable of supporting at least 5,000 lbs. The anchor slings are made of 1 3/4" wide polyester webbing with 3" wide wear pad to protect against abrasion. The most popular lengths are 4 and 6 ft., other lengths may be ordered to suit your application.

Model AS-1 - Features 2 like-sized, snaphook-compatible D-Ring (connection is made to both D-Rings.)

Model AS-2 - Features choker-type sling that has one standard size, snaphook- compatible D-Ring (connection is made to the standard D-Ring)

MIO Deadweight Anchor is a mobile, anchor point for use on roofs where rooftop cannot be penetrated.
The anchor can be equipped with adjustable lanyard, retractable lifeline, 3-Way Rescue and Recovery winch, tensioning device for horizontal lifelines.

Can be used on flat roof or roofs with slopes not greater than 5°.

 Removable MIO™ Concrete Anchor

MIO Mechanical Corporation has designed and manufactured a new reusable concrete anchors. This high strength and durable model MCA-10 is capable of withstanding loads of up to 10,000 lbs./44kN, while model MCA -5 is supporting up to 5,000 lbs./22kN. The safety and reliability is based on a new concept of anchoring in concrete. Instead of using friction concept these anchors are employing multi-ball concrete deformation approach to assure strength and durability. The anchors are easily installed and removed from concrete. Concrete anchors strength complaint with all requirements and standards set by OSHA and ANSI for anchors used in fall protection applications including horizontal lifelines. Parts are manufactured from stainless steel.
